Prior to starting Profit by Design, HR Consulting, Patricia spent 20 years in leadership roles (to visit the Profit by Design website click here). As a human resources executive she has led results driven projects in ISO and FDA regulated companies. She is an expert in organizational development, human resources, and training. Patricia has provided high ROI services in leadership development, adult learning, recruitment, and performance management. As a trainer and educator, Patricia served as an Adjunct Instructor for Villanova University.
