Patricia Sullivan is Founder and CEO of Profit by Design, HR Consulting (PDHR). She delivers group and team coaching, one-on-one leadership coaching, and leadership training workshops. Patricia works with clients to create the workplace they first envisioned as leaders, a culture of motivated, empowered, creative and engaged employees. Leadership Coaching – High level professionals have the answers; their business acumen and professional successes have led them to this level in their career. PDHR offers one-on-one leadership coaching that will increase the executive’s energy level, directly impacting the organization’s, or department’s, effectiveness and performance.
Leadership Training – After a comprehensive needs analysis, PDHR will present a training and development proposal that will include activity-based, real time workshops. Programs are designed to meet the needs of the participants, based on their level of experience: executives to newly promoted supervisors. We offer individual courses and full scope leadership agendas.
Group Coaching – Our group coaching sessions meet one a week, via phone, and are directed towards newly promoted supervisors. So many times supervisors have been promoted because of their technical expertise. But, resources generally not provided for leadership development. This cost effective solution allows team leaders, supervisors, and newly promoted managers the opportunity to discuss, in a safe environment, real time challenges. Working with a performance management expert and certified coach, these new supervisors develop into true motivators and performance improvement managers.
Career Coaching – PDHR works with career professionals who are seeking to change or enter the workforce due to economic downturn, career burn-out, midlife career changes, and professional advancement. We can help uncover your passions and align career opportunities with your values, desires, and life purpose. We work with people who are stuck, who recently entered the labor pool, or those seeking to reach a higher level within their current profession.
The Kayaking Challenge – PDHR has partnered with Tampa-based, certified kayaking guide, Don Thompson. Don is founder of Big D's Kayak Adventures, www.bigdskayaking.com. Together, PDHR and Big D's offers fun and learning all at once.' Yes, your team can have a great day on the water and learn skills to take back to the organization. We also offer group celebratory days. Lots of fun, lots of bonding; it’s a great way to celebrate the successes – big and small – your team achieved!
