Patricia Sullivan, Ph.D

Leadership Coach

Patricia Sullivan, Ph.D. is a leadership coach and trainer with over 20 years in leading HR/OD and 15 years in adult education, training and leadership coaching. Her passion for leadership excellence has directed her professionally and personally.

Patricia works with business leaders who strive to build positive relationships, to develop other leaders, to engage and inspire, and to align individual and team initiatives with strategic objectives — all with the clear focus of delivering results. As a leadership coach, Patricia works with clients to discover their true leadership potential in creating relationships, cultivating trust, and delivering exceptional results.

Dr. Sullivan also merges her passion for emotional intelligence and mind/body/spirit awareness with business acumen. Through leadership training workshops, individualized leadership and wellness coaching, and consulting practices, she brings the best of research to her clients.

Patricia earned her Ph.D. at the University of South Florida; her major was Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration on Adult Education, with researching focusing on Leadership Effectiveness, Exemplary Leadership Practices, Emotional Intelligence and Employee Engagement.

She was awarded undergraduate and graduate degrees from Temple University, with a Human Resources concentration. Her many certifications include SPHR, SHRM-SCP; Energy Leadership Coach, Conflict Resolution Mediator, Master Trainer, Web-Based Instructional Designer and Yoga Instructor. She is currently working on a 1,000-hour Yoga Therapy certification to support her coaching practices.

  • Trainer and Educator, Kiana designs and facilitates workshops and courses related to workplace coaching, career development, leadership development, and performance management. Additionally, Kiana serves as an adjunct professor in the areas of human resources, organizational behavior, and business management.

Kiana holds a graduate degree in business administration with HR and management concentrations along with professional credentials as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Career Development Facilitator (GCDF).

Prior to relaunching her own firm Laura was involved, from 1998 until 2016, with several Central Pennsylvania businesses serving in various roles as a Leader, Manager, Owner, Sales Representative and Chief Operating Officer/President. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College, has been accepted into the Master’s Program to pursue Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker in the state of Pennsylvania.Ms. Schanz held the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) designations during her insurance career from 1980 to 1997. She has been authorized as a Blanchard Solutions Group Raving Fans presenter and is a graduate and former national faculty member of the Excellence in Speaking Institute®. Laura was awarded the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Athena Award. She is also the recipient of the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center’s Distinguished Alumni Award.A long- time resident of Lancaster County, Laura welcomed her first grandchild into the family this year, the son of her son and daughter-in-law. She is a partner and active volunteer at LCBC Church. Her board and community service includes numerous organizations and she is committed to giving back to the community as a frequent facilitator, emcee and keynote speaker.

Jennifer Currence, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC

Jennifer Currence is the president of OnCore Management Solutions in Tampa Bay, Florida, where she partners with leaders to provide performance improvement solutions that make a positive impact on a company’s culture and their bottom line. She has been recognized as a Thought Leader by the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI), a Subject Matter Expert by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and featured in HR Magazine and BambooHR.com.

Jennifer has 20 years of experience in Human Resources, earned her MBA with an emphasis in management, and holds nationally accredited certifications in coaching (CPC) and human resources (SPHR and SHRM-SCP). She is a professor of management at the University of Tampa and served as Project Editor for SHRM’s new 2016 Learning System. Jennifer is an international speaker. Her books “Developing Business Acumen” and “Applying Critical Evaluation” are the firsts in a series of eight books for the SHRM Competency Series: Making an Impact in Small Business.

Michele A. Mathews, PHR, SHRM-CP
HR Consultant

Mathews’ HR Consulting Services is currently supporting several clients in General Business, Construction, Healthcare, Senior Living, Manufacturing, and Veterinarian with: reviewing, recommending, and assisting in implementing policies, developing and conducting site visit protocols, working with senior management to review data and develop stronger systems, conduct safety walk-throughs, post-accident site walk-throughs, conducting the annual safety and compliance reviews, insure all their written policies and Safety Data Sheets follow OSHA & GHS regulations, conducting new hire and annual employee safety training, and providing CPR/AED/First Aid and OSHA 10-hour/30-hour training on-site.

Michele is an Authorized OSHA Construction and General Industry Trainer for both OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour Training.  Michele is an Authorized CPR/ AED/ First Aid Trainer for both the American Red Cross and American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) and has been actively training in OSHA and CPR/AED/First Aid for several years.  Michele has been accepted by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) to sit for the upcoming Safety Management Specialist (SMS) exam, with her verified 225 qualified months of Safety Management Experience.   

Currently enrolled in an M.B.A. program with concentration in Human Resources Management; Michele holds a BA in Human Resources Management, as well as, an AA in Psychology. In addition, Michele is ALF Core Certified, has a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and is also a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
