ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:

Pearl Dahmen, PhD, CPA, has spent 25 years working with Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses focusing on financial performance improvement.  As a consultant and financial officer, she has worked with business owners and managers to implement policies, procedures and processes.  For the past 18 years, Pearl has used her talents to facilitate workshops, design courses and training programs in the corporate setting that focus on financial intelligence, new IT program implementation, software operation and performance improvement. Pearl was awarded an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton, majoring in Business Administration/Accounting.  She earned a Masters degree in Adult Education and Ph.D. at the University of South Florida, in Curriculum & Instructions, focusing on Adult Education with a concentration in eLearning and technology instructional design.  

Patricia Sullivan, Ph.D., C-IAYT is a leadership coach and trainer, with over 20 years in leadership development.  Her strategic management and culture design successes enhance her executive coaching results. Clients are challenged to shift fixed and limiting beliefs into a focused attention on building and leveraging relationships.  Her passion for creating best places to work and leadership excellence has directed her profession and learning activities. Patricia earned her Ph.D. at the University of South Florida; her major was Adult Education, focusing on Leadership Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Engagement. She was awarded an undergraduate and graduate degree from Temple University, with a Human Resources concentration.
